To bend tubes for the formula 1, means for us exploring borderline situations of technical feasibility. We bend tubes starting with a gauge of 0.3 mm and can reach a bending ratio of 1:1 for largest diameters, e.g. 70 mm. For processing we use materials like Inconel 625 and austenitic ferritic alloys. We individually produce special tubes in our own tube production plant.
